These lively, aromatic wines are made using young vines. Highly typical of their varietal, they are the delicate expression of the uniqueness of Alsace wine.

Our seven Alsatian varietals offer a range of aromas and flavours unlike any other wines.

SCHLOESSEL MÜHLE

terroir wines

These are the estate’s historical range, varietal wines that transmit the characteristics of the terroir. Alsace is renowned for its outstanding terroirs and these wines are made from parcels selected according to soil type and vine age.

LES GRANDS CRUS

51 grands crus characterise Alsace wine. Each grand cru owes its character to its exposure and its unique terroir.

On our estate, we produce wines from three of these grands crus: Schlossberg, Wineck-Schlossberg, and Furstentum.

SPECIAL WINES

Les Vendanges Tardives and Sélections de Grains nobles

Alsace has a climate which allows us to make Vendanges Tardives (Late Harvest) and Sélections de Grains nobles (wines affected by noble rot) wines of incomparable quality, perfect for special occasions or as the climax of a great meal.

These wines will keep for many years and display a characteristically rich and complex aromatic palette.

LE CRÉMANT

Our Crémant sparkling wine is made using the traditional method from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois and Pinot Gris

The wine is aged on racks for between 12 to 24 months to bring out its subtle, delicate sparkle.

Our range of Crémants is set to expand over the coming years.
